WebMeter can be enabled and disabled. When enabled, WebMeter gathers statistics on your browsing activities. When disabled, WebMeter does not gather these statistics but remains in place as your browser's web proxy. By default, WebMeter is enabled when it starts up.
To disable WebMeter, visit the WebMeter icon in the system tray of your computer. Left-click on the icon to display the WebMeter popup menu and select (with a right-click) the disable option.
