In the age of near universal Internet connectivity and the
commoditisation of IT services our aim is for WebMeter to become the IT
equivalent of the domestic gas or electricity meter. We want WebMeter
to become a ubiquitous tool, used by all IT service consumers, to
provide a standard quantitative insight into the quality of service
provision - a standard set of metrics that can be analysed and
discussed collaboratively in today's efficient online social forums.
